A busy last evening with head chef Lucy getting us to cook up 3 tasty dishes - chicken and mushroom soup and what the untrained eye would call two identical spicy lamb dishes- only joking! the lamb curry with the five spices was particularly tasty. lucy also bought in a special chinese defrost chocolate cake! Despite all the joking we were all sad it had come to an end and thought Lucy an inspiring fun and practical teacher.
